The main idea of the double album is the consumer way of life, its impact on nature and ourselves. The Slovak version of the meaning emphasises the idea that everything is interconnected. The individual tracks of the double album complement each other and form a kind of suite, a coherent musical story.
The album More is more energetic and complex. It is a jazz fusion with alternative rock and electronica. Less, on the other hand, is acoustic and restrained, complete with a chamber ensemble. The track “Elian” features a story with lyrics by Daniel Fischer. On both albums, in addition to original compositions, there is plenty of improvisation and dynamic interplay between the band.
As the author says: “The double album is an epic quest for balance in the material, natural and spiritual world. The idea was conceived during the pandemic, when I created the individual concepts and music in the context of what was happening around us and in the world. I embedded the idea in musical ideas, some of which had already been conceived or were being conceived at the same time.”
