Swing, tango, café music – the group is named after the famous Bratislava chocolate and confectionery factory Stollwerck. They will make you feel at ease with a cup of coffee but also have fun with dancing and wine. In December 2024, they released their debut album Songs from Štefánka – compositions and poems by Imrich Hrín, the main newspaperman in the Bratislava café Štefánka in the 1960s.
The group’s repertoire also includes traditional older café music of Slovak provenance – Veselý, Dusík, Freyer and others…. It also performs world swing hits from the first half of the 20th century, e.g. by George Gershwin, Duke Ellington and other well-known composers.
